I'm a scifi geek and costumer. My current passion is steampunk, as you can see in my Etsy and ArtFire shops. I love creating and seeing what other people create. I have a blog where I feature a different artist every day called The Handmade Tweet. I also love to twitter.

I love jewelry. I love to make it and I love to wear it. My favorites are rings and bracelets, I think because I can admire them while I'm wearing them. I have a huge amount of jewelry but I always want more. My favorite pieces are, of course, hand made. My favorite colours are purple and green but I also love rich earth tones like burnt orange and burgundy.

After jewelry my two favorite things are cats and dragons. I have 4 cats living with me and a large collection of dragons. There is at least one dragon in every room as a protection symbol. I also love Medieval costumes and jewelry.

I also collect stones and minerals. Some for jewelry and some just because they are beautiful.

All things scifi. I hate reality TV! I only watch total fantasy TV and historical documentaries. Love the history channel and discovery.

Love scifi and fantasy book, though I don't have much chance to read anymore. My all time favorite book is Mists of Avalon. The best telling of the Arthurian legend to date.

I love to trade for jewelry and jewelry supplies. I'm especially looking for lampwork beads, old broken watches (wind-up not quartz), vintage jewelry and stone beads or pendants.

I don't burn candles because I have 4 cats and that's a tragedy waiting to happen. I'm not a coffee drinker so it would only get wasted. Can't think of anything else right now. I like so many things. I'll never understand why my husband thinks I'm hard to buy for.
