I am turning 40 years old this May and live in Albany Oregon. I have three dogs. Nina, a long haired chihuahua, Koda, a BIG mutt, and Ladybug, a medium sized spaniel mix. My dogs are a HUGE part of my life and I can't imagine my life without any of them.
My daughter is 18 and is living on her own now, well, with her boyfriend. So Hubby and I are all alone except for the dogs! It's kinda' fun getting to know each other outside the context of "mom and dad".
My favorite color is Red, I love Knit and I'm learning how to crochet a little too. Mostly just so that I can add on some trimming to the items that I knit. I love to garden, I love to cook and preserve the produce that I grow. Hubby and I are trying our best to remodel our house ourselves, but it is pretty slow going since I am the main worker bee. Last year we were able to get new windows in the living room and dining room and rewire these rooms, I'm hoping that this summer we will be able to replace the flooring and get rid of the tiled ceiling! Uggh! I have lots more that I want to do than I have time or money to pursue in only one summer!

I love Calypso Music, Jimmy Buffett, Harry Belefonte, etc. But I am open to most other kinds of music, I listen to opera, classical, oldies, pop... you name it!

My all time favorite movie is "Always" with Richard Dryfus, Holly Hunter, and John Goodman, but a close second has got to be ICE AGE! I watch almost all kinds of movies, documentaries to cartoons (note above... Ice Age) I'm not too excited about war movies, but when I'm finally dragged to one, I almost always enjoy it.

I'm a little embarrassed to say I'm REALLY enjoying DR. WHO!! I also have watching alot of the History Channel. I think it all depends upon my mood as to what my favorite shows are.

Cooking, Knitting, Crocheting, cross-stich, & Home Remodeling
