Crochetninja

I am taking a break from Swapbot as I am very busy with work and family right now. I hope to be back sometime in the future. Thank you to all my lovely partners I've swapped with :-)

I would like to make amigurumi in exchange for items from my Etsy Favourites. Take a look at my Flickr page for examples of my work, and send me a message if you're insterested.

If you haven't received a swap from me, please let me know and I will resend. I have no intentions of flaking on anyone, but I also don't have much faith in the UK postal system at times ;-)

I recycle envelopes, but I don't use ones that are damaged so your items will be safe. If you receive something from me that you don't want or can't use feel free to resend it to someone else!

I love to make amigurumi. I leave some of my creations in public places for people to take home. I have just been commissioned to make some amigurumi maneki nekos for publicity material for a local charity.

I live in the north-east of England with my partner and my two rescue dogs.

Right now I'm all about crochet and amigurumi. But I also like zentangling/doodling and cross stitch.

I love Japanese Kawaii items - ribbon, buttons, stickers - and anything that has a kawaii face on it :-)

I love handmade items, especially ones that use recycled materials.

Anything bright. I love multi coloured, hand dyed or self striping yarn. I can find a use for just about any colour though!

I love Japanese food - mochi, noodles, miso soup, shuu-mai dumplings. I take a Bento to work and college every day so I like anything to do with Bento (boxes, little containers etc.).

I also love Indian/Nepali food and sweets. My favourite Indian sweet is Gulab Jamun and Jalebis.

I love chocolate and candy too - especially anything sour!

I spend a lot of time reading or crocheting - I make crochet squares and toys for Knit-A-Square. I love to make amigurumi.

I love baking cakes and cookies. Right now my favourites are lemon drizzle cake and carrot cake. But I love anything to do with chocolate or cinnamon too. I like to cook Indian and Nepalese food.

I walk my dogs for a couple of hours every day and am very lucky to live right on the edge of town where I can get out into the fields and woods and my dogs can swim in the river.
