IF you do not receive a swap from me, PLEASE contact me before rating. I always send out swaps ON TIME, unless otherwise communicated to my partner. Allow me the opportunity to resend it, because it probably got lost in the mail. When available, I always get a tracking number and I save receipts.
I reuse packaging
Check the last section of my profile for sent updates and other news.
I mark swaps as 'sent' when I have dropped it in the mailbox, sometimes that may be on a Sunday or a holiday (in the USA no mail on Sundays or holidays) Or be on the deadline date of the swap (although I try very hard to send it a few days prior to that to avoid gray areas). That being said, my 'send date' and when the Post Office post marks it, may be different. Please refer to when Swap-Bot says I clicked send. Of course, I am human, so there may be the rare time that I forget to mark sent, I will send you a message communicating this.
I have my mail going to a post office box, which I check a few times a week, usually on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. These days are also when I do any mailings that have to be weighed.
Check your e-mail Moving forward, I will be doing proof of sending by e-mailing you directly with a picture of tracking receipt (if applicable) or envelope with stamps on it. This is to avoid any confusion. If you did not receive the swap, it is because something happened beyond my control.
