Tacco5518, I am not real fond of my sil, but, I have to defend her here. She made a suggestion for a $50 Secret Santa swap. I know she is legite and quite sincere about her suggestion. She has participated in these Secret Santa swaps on other boards for about 4 years. She made a suggestion in a couple of the group forums. To imply she was scamming or suggest she was trying to steal something, in mean and cruel; particularly of someone you do not know! She did make this suggestion in the safe swappers group. She probably could have cared less if one was held or not.
Onaki, she is not underage. She is 39. She does have an 8 year old daughter. And, she uses her own debit cards.
xxkarenlxx, I must correct your inability to get the story straight. Man when the truth is starring you in the face, idle gossipers still manage to get lies started; unbelieveable. There is not, was not and never was a thread on here at all about her thinking people were ganging up on her. I think if you go to her profile, and read what she left as her last remarks, they speak for themselves. It seems that the only thread that actually exist about her is this one.....DON'T LET THIS BE THE THREAD WHERE YOU BEGIN LIES ABOUT HER.
Cajunhillbilly, yes she has an etsy account, her ratings are not bad ratings, and it is a great thing certain things are not available for everyone to see, as maybe it is just not anyones businesses. You can't judge someone based on ratings, people leave aweful ratings out of "revenge", and if there were some sort of dispute; just maybe it was cleared up; either way, it is none of your or anyone elses business.
Onaki, I dont think there is any reason for you to be confused about 1Jewelrydesigner! I think she was VERY clear without leaving to many details about what actually happened. And, just so everyone will know; if you send her a swap that she is not going to return a swap to you for.....customarily, she will return the swap back to you. Onaki, I know that is probably what happened. The only other reason she may have sent it back to you is that you were not her pal in a swap, sent her something, and she simply did not accept your generosity, and chose to send it right back 2U! If you would like, I will be happy to ask her and make a notation here of her response. Please let me know.
And just to put an end to gossipy threads like this which i might add can be quite damaging to someone's reputation..........1Jewelrydesigner (Christia) is an honest person, and will not intentionally receive swaps from pals and not fullfill her obligation to the swap pal. She is married to my brother who happens to be a LAWYER. Believe me, while I am not so fond of my SIL, I have to defend her and request that threads specifically about her cease to exist. She joined these boards in the hopes of participating in interactive fun with swaps, and maybe make a few cyber friends along the way. Instead, she received purvert mail, and written communication that she was not welcome on the swap-bot boards. She was threatend by members and told she was not welcome to participate on this forum. She was told people did not want "her kind" participating in swaps. She was very hurt, confused and was not sure what "her kind" meant. If you look at her profile, you will notice she she was a member here for less than ten days. She was partially suspended because she completely removed her profile information, and left a rather vague explanation for why she was dropping her swaps and choosing not to participate any longer. I hope this answers everyones questions and will put an end to this idle chatter/gossip.
