So… I'm a young woman from Denmark. I study history at Copenhagen University and work on the side in a Gamestop while taking care of my boyfriend and our two cats. I love to travel but don't really have the money so I'm looking forward to sending and receiving a little piece of the big world.
I would especially like things from Japan. I’m extremely fascinated with the Land of the Rising Sun and would love to live there some day.
I like all kinds of music, mostly old school rock and heavy (e.g. Pink Floyd, Nirvana, The Ramones and so on) I also go to operas and classical music is probably my second favorite. Generally I like going to the theater and seeing plays, ballet and opera. At work I listen to pop like as we only have one radio station available ;) When I hit the city I want something I can dance to.
I’m all about fantasy! No, not twilight (as a wise man once said “if your boyfriend sparkles and don’t wanna sleep with you, he’s not a vampire, he’s gay" ;)) although more serious vampire novels are welcome. I just love Tamora Pierce and have read all her books. On a more easygoing basis I read just about anything I can get my hands on. History, science, culture, art, you name it.
Again, fantasy and comedy. Stuff like, the Princess Bride, Ella Enchanted, LOTR, Superheroes and of course all Disney. Also classics as Casablanca, Some Like It Hot and Braveheart. Last but not least, Monty Pyton is GOD!
I’m not that great a crafter at all. I would love to receive handmade things, but please don’t expect it from me, because I just can’t. I can knit a little (as in a baby blanket), and I love writing but other than that I couldn’t make something with my hand if my life depended on it. So, all things from me will be store bought but I will do my best to be creative and find interesting, unique and possibly delicious stuff.
I love to play computer and console games. I have a XBOX360, a PS3, a Wii and a computer for playing. As you can see, I’m a real geek :D

Where have you been ? You are gone for a while now! hope you come back!
that's so funny about potash. Maybe go to: http://translate.google.com/# and put in the Danish word and see what they come up with. I found another version of the recipe in a cookbook I have. It has more ingredients (mostly spices) and you let it set in the fridge for 2 weeks before baking...
