Greetings from Norway!

I'm currently taking a break from swapbot, and I don't know when I will be back, but hopefully soon :)

If you send a package to Norway, please fill in a custom-form on the package!! Otherwise the customs will open it and check! Flat mail goes fine without custom-form, as far as I know.

If any other Norwegians want to share their experiences with this, or with postal service or swapbot in general, please message me!

My name is Ilse, I am 22 years old and I live in Norway. I am originally from the Netherlands, and lived there the first 22 years of my life. The upcoming half year will be in Norway, and who knows what the future brings after that! I am very introvert and creative - but also spontaneous and hyper sometimes. • Im not a fan of plain dark chocolate, so if you like to send me dark choc, please make sure it has an additional flavour. (like marzipan/cherry/crisps etc)

• I don't like white chocolate, yoghurt-chocolate, or chocolate with orange/strawberry taste.

• I DO like bonbons (with & without filling) very much though!!!

  I am also allergic to:

• lactose (milk) - I can eat chocolate but not much at the same time
• most raw fruits and veggies, and raw nuts. (nuts in chocolate and other foods are fine, just no plain raw ones)

I would LOVE to receive some typical candy from your country! For example weird KitKat flavours.

For my partners from Japan: I am craving for those Lotte Almond Crisps with dark chocolate coat. Also, I am trying to learn some Japanese via an app on my ipad, so if you could write some simple words for me + English translation, I would be totally happy! :D

for Tea-swaps: I love basically every kind of tea. My favourite is Chai-tea, but I also like other flavours.
I would love to get weird flavours like cupcake or marshmellow - or something typical from your country, if there is anything typical in tea :p

I also LOVE coffee and hot chocolate - especially with cool flavours.

Ik hou superveel van Tony Chocolonely caramel zeezout! (de oranje reep) & Typisch Nederlandse dingen zoals stroopwafels, drop, pepernoten, speculaas en hagelslag zijn altijd welkom, want ik mis best wel wat dingen hier in Noorwegen..) - Oh, en Nederlandse thee is ook welkom hoor!! :D

I am actually very easy to please! I am not someone whos dislike-list is longer than the likes. I am a thankful person, who appreciates the little things. I will rate you a heart if I can see you put effort in a swap, which I actually do see a lot! :)

With Question-swaps, I like to overthink my answers, and not just join because of getting a rating.

• Scentchips !! I have a scentburner and i love to collect different scents to put in there in these cold wintermonths.

POSTCARDS
I prefer postcards sent naked, stamped and written on the back. Write about what you dreamed last night, or what the view is from your window. I like to read something about your life :)

I like to receive:
- Touristy cards from your country or city
- Map cards
- Vintage cards
- Panda's or Penguins - A famous landmark in your area
- Historic buildings
- Trains, ships and planes (I'm a plane-autist :-p)
- Fashion
- Arty
- Anything music or dance - related
- landscapes/cityscapes/aerial view cards

Handmade is fine, as long as it is good quality. I do not mind to get Zazzle cards - as far as it represents your country or anything - Please NO selfmade photo's unless you can prove you're a highclass photographer, lol.

It would just make my day if you put the swap name & the normal 'note' with swap info etc - included with the swap- written down on a POSTCARD (from your town for example) instead of a normal notesheet!

Last wish, concerning touristy postcards - i feel like i have to type this big: IF YOU SEND A TOURISTY POSTCARD TO ME IN AN ENVELOPE, COULD YOU PLEASE WRITE SOMETHING ON THE BACK ABOUT THE PICTURE ON THE CARD OR YOUR COUNTRY? THANK YOU. I just hate receiving blank touristy cards, like I can't really forward them - I just collect them. Just saying. :)

Cosmetics
I love light coloured nailpolish, and skincreams.
I also love face masks and other bath&body treatments.
- Nailfiles (unused, duhh.. :p) I'm addicted to Lipbalm - so if you like, and if it's not too expensive, I would love to get a lipbalm from your country! (an unused one please...) Oh, and don't forget to pay a visit to my blog!

Swap-Bot

Please contact me if you didn't receive my swap after a while - before you rate me a 1 or 3. I am sure we can work it out together, and I am happy to resend it. I don't have any intentions to flake - why should I? I love to make others happy with surprises, and put effort in everything I send out. I always look at profiles, to make sure I send things you like. I even try to do something with your favourite colour.

I will always rate + comment you immediately when I got your swap. This is the most fair, I think.

**Last but not Least: **

As you can see, in Norway it is basically impossible to find something for the value of 1 dollar.. Therefore I feel like it is almost not fair to participate in swaps with a dollar/euro-amount requirement, because I can not send 5 items for 10 dollar.. For 5 dollar I can buy maybe 2 or 3 lollipops here. 1 small bag of candy costs mostly more than 5 dollar, and a full package of tea can easily be between 5 and 10 dollar. Chocolate is very expensive too. For 5 dollar I can get a small bar of chocolate.
