I am disabled with epilepsy and emotional issues and spend much of my time at home on the computer. I am married but in the process of divorce. I live on my own and am on SSI.

I love love love to do crafty things and have a great interest in all things related to art. I love to get things in the mail.

I am currently working on an art portfolio and am gathering supplies for my work so that I can sell my art full time.

Once I'm more established on the site I hope to do some hosting of my own, maybe an exchange of art books, and reading lists... stuff like that. This will be a while though as I want to get very established first.

Update: I just bought a sewing machine! I am working on a line of purses for friends and will soon be offering them up for trade on here as well as selling some on Etsy.com.

I am an artist who loves sharpie markers and all things related to art. I draw mostly abstract stuff with sharpies on card stock. I also enjoy oil pastels, colored pencils, chalk, acrylic paint, watercolor, etc. I also like to write poetry and am working on writing my autobiography.

I'm new to swap-bot and am loving every minute of it! I've found some great new craft ideas and have already experimented with them. I can tell that this will become addicting!

I'm a big reader and love to read a lot of variety though fantasy is probably my favorite. I also love thrillers and stories about people triumphing over tragedy (like abuse related novels, etc.)

While I don't watch much actual TV anymore, I do watch different shows on my computer while doodling with my sharpies.

Because I just bought a sewing machine, anything related to sewing would be awesome. I am going to be making purses so any and all fabric scraps, old denim scraps, worn out jeans, etc. would be great. Needles, Buttons, etc. are also really awesome sends.

I would love to receive Sharpies or other types of markers, gel pens, Fairy things, recycled matchboxes, books, bookmarks, notebooks, card stock in any size, stationary, stickers. I love blues and greens together, they are my favorite colors. Basically I'm easy to please and love just about everything.

I'm allergic to nickel but not anything else.

I love coke products, hello kitty, Piglet, abstract art, angels, faeries, etc.

I love chocolate, and most candy, especially stuff that is hard to find in my area. I drink lots of hot chocolate and tea and love just about all kinds.

I'd prefer not to get jewelry with nickel in it because I am allergic and can't wear it and it will just be passed on to someone else. I don't much like scary stuff, blood and guts and the like.. though a little bit is okay.
