Pirates! Arrrgh! hee hee. Our area has a rich pirate history (Savannah, Georgia.) Tybee Island, which is the beach we love to go to, was a hideout for Black Beard. To celebrate it's history, Tybee Island now hosts the every year. It's a lot of mostly silly fun, although there are some really decked out pirates! Some folks take it much more seriously than others. It's a good time. We attended last year and may again this year, if we can.
We have quite a bit in common. I love mini things, too and ribbons and sunset colors. You already know I love cats. :) Oh, and of course, Johnny Depp and Tim Burton! I wish they would make another movie soon. Or at least I wish Tim Burton would do another stop-motion picture. I know Johnny Depp is busy pirating around. ;) I love the stop-motions that Tim Burton has done. The Corpse Bride is my favorite one so far, but The Nightmare Before Christmas is awfully close, too.
Wow, 5 children! You have quite a full house between kiddies and kitties. Lots of love, I'm sure. :)
I enjoy cooking, too, and I absolutely love to go grocery shopping. You don't say that you do love the shopping part, but I'm assuming you might. I can't be in a bad mood when in the produce section. Who can be sad or upset with all those lovely fruits and veggies smiling at a person? I also adore cheese and olives!
