I like all sorts of different music.Country is what I listen to most often because the rest of my family does.I love Bob Segar,Elton John, and I enjoy the easy listening.I need all the relaxation I can get and the louder music does not do much for me.
I enjoy reading Amish books, some romance & self-help motivation books.I enjoy alot of books and often all at the same time.Yes...I have a bad habit of reading "a little here,a little there" out of each book.I love Joyce Meyers and Beth Moore.
I am a mother of 5 and a SAHM.I have been married for 14 years.My Children are 13 (boy),11 (girl),7 (girl),4 (boy) and 2 year (boy).
I do not watch much television.I am not against it but I do feel that it takes away alot of family, art & craft, reading time--- if allowed. When I do have time to watch TV.....I enjoy watching House and CSI and I like 19 Kids and Counting.I love the show clean sweep and extreme couponing.
I love to scrapbook and stamp.I have been scrapbooking for 13 years and stamping for 12.I like to recycle,I love earth tone colors (green & brown being my two favorite) and I decorate my house in Primitives (Folk art,Americana,"old" looking things). I would LOVE to learn to quilt.I want to make at least one quilt before I leave this earth.I am clueless.I need a dummy book or something.I struggle with any sewing project but I really want to make a quilt..lol.I may just buy an Amish quilt and call it "good".They do great work!I enjoy decoupage also.It gives me another way to recycle (upcycle?) my printed scrapbook papers.I enjoy meeting new people and getting new ideas.I like to write letters but I actually type them.I am a left handed lady.I can't read my own hand-writing and I would never expect someone else to. :) I like using die-cuts alot.I don't care for stickers.I like to share recipes only if the recipe was tried by the person sharing it.I have a 6x6 recipe scrapbook that I collect favorites in.I always list the person who shared on the recipe and how I know them.A little something to pass onto my girls. If you ever share a recipe in your own handwriting, please use an acid free pen.I love to garage sale, thrift store shop...treasure hunt.I have been making ATC's since joining swap-bot and I LOVE it!It allows me to use my scrap paper and stamps that would just be sitting around.I love to recieve digital ATC's.I do not however make them digitally.I wish I could. :)
~Hello Kitty or anything "Cartoonish" ~ coffee,tea ~ tomatoes (I do like ketchup...lol) ~ disrespect,selfishness ~ wasting ~ clutter (I love sharing organizing techniques) ~ stickers (I don't entirely dislike them,I just don't use them often)

Hello Tamara, I received my atc's that you were so kind to angel to me for the God Created.....Swap. I love how you made them. Thank you very much.
Thank you for the lovely ATC's!!! They are so cute... You have brightened up my day when I recieved those cards.
Hi, I'm one of your partners for the profile comment swap!
I've never met anyone who makes recipe books the way that you do, it sounds so fascinating, as does your scrapbooking! What kind of recipes do you like?
It's nice to see another person who doesn't really watch tv. I like CSI too though! I'm never up to date with the news and I never read newspapers, like you say, it takes up precious crafting time!
You seem like a really interesting person and I really enjoyed learning a little bit about you through your profile :)
Have a nice day and take care!
Hi Tamara- I'm Liz, one of your partners for the read my profile swap. I too am left handed and have "unique" handwriting- I'm so jealous of lovely handwriting but it's not going to happen for me. I think it's fantastic you want to make quilts, it really is such a beautiful craft- but also a difficult one. Sewing is hard because you have to be very precise. I have a machine, but only really use it to make collages and envelopes with paper. Nice to "meet" you and happy swapping! Liz
I envy your dedication to scrapbooking! It's something I would like to do, but quite lazy to start doing! I'm really becoming interested with stamping, it's not so popular here though, I would love to see samples of your work (stamping, scrapbooking). and lastly... I think what strikes me most with your profile is what you said about passing something to your lovely children.. when they grow up.. they will truly appreciate that. I was lucky enough to have a mum who shared so much of what she liked and loved to her children.. so here I am, pretty much inlove with most things that my mother shared (crafts, writing letters, music, cooking, arts.etc) You're an ace mum by the sounds of it.!
Thank you for doing a private swap with me for Alphabet of Life to fill in my missing cards :) They're lovely
Hi, just wondering if you've received the ATCs I sent for the Alphabet of Life K&L? Thanks!
Hello Tamara,
Thank you for being willing to do a private swap with me for The Alphabet of Life--A & B. This will catch me up and will allow me to be on track to have a complete set. I received you two ATCs today, Jan. 11th and they arrived in great condition. I really like your interpretations for the first two Alphabets of Life. i liked, as well, how you used different mediums to reflect each Alphabet of Life. Your two ATCs will be a great start to my Alphabet of Life Series. Your work is a 5+ in my book. Hope we get to do somemore swapping in 2010. Thanks again.
Thank you for the R.A.C. of stamped images. I can not wait to (play) with them. Happy Monday! :)
