I have been a K-5 Art for the last 8 years. This year I have made a switch to middle school. I have my students trading with other classes all over the US and world. I thought I should do some ATC too. I also want to use Swop-bot for classroom trades.

As mentioned, I'm an Art teacher… This means I create in many mediums. I love technology but I mostly use it for my lessons rather then an art form. I sew, print, scrapbook, watercolor, and pen and in. I recently discovered zentangles but have been working on ATC for a year now.

I love so many kinds of music. I am enjoy movie soundtrack to get a group of artist rather then many songs from one. I also use music to support my lessons in class. My students and my kids have filled my iPod with lots of kiddy music.

I just read the whole series of the 'Hunger Game' by Suzanne Collins. I guess I should say listened too… I listen to books on my iPod because I can't sit that long with out creating something. I listen to books all the time while I'm driving, creating or even cleaning my house.

I don't really watch TV but I do make time to watch Modern Family and Glee on Hulu. Love those shows… mindless… sometimes you need that.

I have a wonderful husband who is also a teacher. We take 'early retirement' every summer and stay home with our two kids. We have a five year old boy named Sawyer, and a three year old girl name Matisse. Both kids are artist, my husband is a creative soul too! Overall I love my life… because it's the life I'm live'n… Why not love ti!

I love VINTAGE!! My favorite is women and men doing everyday life. I like life drawing when tastefully done. I like the image of bird, especially the silhouette. I love kids art, image of kids, and artistic ATC. One more thing I love garden GNOMES, garden food and flowers:) If someone has put a little effort in a card, I can appreciate it.

Not a big animal person although I do appreciate others love for animals. I'm scared of unicorns, not really… but I'm not a fan. I'm not much of a 'cute' person. Not a huge fan of adult images… I want to be able to show these cards to my students.

I have signed up my kids for some swaps. If you are swap'n with us, I have two kids.

Sawyer is 5 years old. He loves sewing, building legos, and is a very nice dresser. He is a real tactile kid and loves 'beautiful things'.

Matisse is 3 years old. She is a tornado! We call her F2. Tisse never holds still, love babies and kitties. She has a real good humor and is an aggressive artist.

My kids are so different! They both love art though and love trading (just like mom). Thanks for trading with my kiddo's if you are looking at my profile for this purpose.
