Sometimes I just blip off the radar. I'm around, though. :)
Scrapbooker, avid Sci Fi fan, Reader, Music listener, Adventurer, Foodie, Witch, Anglophile. I watch a ton of educational/explainer videos on Youtube. More than normal TV, if I'm honest.
Scrapbooker - I love full page spreads. I tend toward 12x12 albums the most. I like stamping, but I'm not crazy over it. I especially love distressed and antique looks.
Avid Sci Fi fan - and fantasy too! Shows include Firefly, Doctor Who, Torchwood, Warehouse 13, The Flash, Arrow, Orphan Black, etc. The X-files will always be the very favorite. Great news about the mini-series!
Reader - I'll read anything, but mostly scifi. Turns out I don't much care for sword and sorcery fantasy. Love Harry Potter, of course. I guess that's wand and sorcery though...
Music Listener - I love a lot of styles of music. Queen is the greatest band to exist now and in the future. I also like Rush, Sponge, Kaiser Chiefs, etc. I really really like opera and classical music too.
Adventurer - I travel. Often. I go out of the country about every 5 years, otherwise I keep it local. I'm in the middle of a baseball adventure that will take me to every ballpark in MLB. Vanlifer, hiker, National Park visitor :)
Foodie - I'll try anything once. Except maybe bugs. I am a pretty good cook and love cake. I meant it. I love cake more than some people I know. I love my Crock Pot!
Witch - I am a witch. A wiccan witch. Witch Witch Witch. And I do want to talk about it. haha.
Dart Player - I always thought I was a cricket shooter, but in my later years, I've become more of an 01 shooter! Life is funny. Anyway, fun flights are always welcome. I have made custom ones too (slide paper and thin sealant). FUN.
Anglophile - I love all things British. Seriously, even the food and especially the beer! Incidentally, there's been something of a ban on imported british chocolates here in new york. tragic, really. its just on cadbury products and anything that looks like something hersey makes. (because we make them shitty and rather than improve they'd rather sue and get the competition to leave the country).
I enjoy a wide range of crafts. I sew clothing, make jewelry, crochet, and scrapbooking. I love making new things and trying new crafts. Also cooking and baking!
I love my scrapbooking, but I'm not as into stamping. I find that I only use a stamp once or twice if that. I'm happy to swap the ones that do get (usually in grab bags from conventions).
Otherwise, I happy to try new things and see if I can work an unusual piece of something into my work!
Also, I don't care for disney so much. I like it, I just don't craft with it or visit the parks or care for its merchandise. Or kawaii or inchies or matchboxes. If you are wondering, just ask. :)
I'm a married, 45 year old woman living just outside New York City.
Andor is the best show in production right now. Every frame of it is a work of its own art.
I don't like the attitude of "I don't like politics". No one likes it, but we all have to deal with it. I am a Socialist. I realize that is not what my country is about at the moment and I understand 'both sides' are mostly the same in a way (monetarily). But I will lean toward the 'side' that affords more rights to people. And more consideration of the environment/world we all have to live on. Trans people are people and deserve every right that I (a non trans person) have. All this nonsense about oppressing LGBTQ+ people and their art is total horseshit. I love to talk about/act on ways to make the whole world a better place in general (even with the heightened awareness/paranoia of the internet, this is still the best time in human history to be alive). And even listen to other points of view (not conspiracy nutters like birds aren't real or whatever). Silence keeps things stagnant and stagnation is death.

Going back to school at 45 for public health. I was to create the change I need to see. Particularly when it comes to medical breakthroughs not being gatekept for profits and eldercare not being overlooked and overcharged (again for fun and profits).

CONGRATULATIONS!!! You did well on the Money! Money! Money! Swap. You did not quite make it to the grand total, but what you did make helped you out with a down payment on a larger apartment. My rating for you is a 5. I am glad to hear that you are going to do the saving again in 2013. Happy New Year!!!!
Blacklisted Profile Stalker Swap- Sorry this is coming to you so late, I got the deadline mixed up. Awesome, another person with interest in serial killers. I have the most horribly morbid curiosity when it comes to murderers.
