My name is Catherine and I'm from Utah, USA.

I also swap on Atcs For All (Stick) and Postcrossing (WildStick).

I currently live with my sister, her boyfriend, a friend, 2 cats (Nubs and Ventus), and a turtle (Barinade).

Favorites (I will extra love anything sent with any of these on it. Ex: a card with a drawing of a milk bottle or noodles) :

Food: Asian foods, dumplings, noodles, dim sum, sushi, bread, YUM!

Colors: Purples - especially dark eggplant shades and light lavenders. Pinks - rose gold, dusty roses, light peachy/coral shades. Copper. Light tans and beige. Navy. Black. White. Grey.

Styles: Vintage, creepy, floral, funny, weird

Drinks: milk tea, regular tea, chocolate/regular milk, sparkling water (especially lime)

Other Themes: cats, clowns/jesters, Ursula the sea witch, Oogie Boogie from nightmare before Christmas, lobsters/crawfish, peach, cherry, lime, lemon, pineapple, chickens, highland cattle, violin/viola, banjo, koi/goldfish, rocks and sticks, jellyfish, carnival/circus/amusement parks (rides too, especially carousels), trains.

Others:
-Stickers/sticker flakes (especially smaller ones for journaling and emoji/feeling/mood type stickers).

-Washi tape.

-Playing cards (especially the 3 of clubs card)

-Handwritten or printed quotes or journal prompts (Even if you have “doctor” handwriting haha! And I'm currently trying to lose a LOT of weight and would definitely appreciate motivational quotes or words of encouragement on this topic.)

-Seeds for planting (I’m not good at plants but I would like to try).

-Pennies (especially pre 1982).

-Glitter.

-Tarot and Oracle cards.

I like lots of music! I have dozens of favorite groups, but the ones on my current playlist are mainly Mika, Die Antwoord, Scooter, Lou Bega, Eiffel 65, Little Big, and The Hu. Or when I really need to concentrate, Ray Lynch and a mix of darker classical music.

Books... I love books, but I can have a hard time sitting down to read them. I particularly like anthologies or other collections of short stories for this reason. My most recently read book was The Help and I loved that, couldn't put it down. Most of my bookshelf is comprised of Stephen King, Michael Crichton, and Douglas Preston/Lincoln Child. I like adventure, horror, and sci-fi. Not into fantasy or romance.

I love The Hateful Eight and Django: Unchained a lot! When I just need background TV on, I typically turn to one of those. I also love the National Treasure movies..

I love Adventure Time, American Horror Story, Firefly, Regular Show, and Psych.

Oh boy, crafts! I'm one of those people who tries all the crafts. Ok, that's an exaggeration but I have dabbled in quite a few over the years.

Buying stuff for crafting. I consider this a hobby. I have so much stuff for most of my hobbies but I hobby-jump so often that I end up with so much stuff! #Hoarder. We have a creative re-use center (thrift store for just craft stuff!) nearby, and I visit them just a little too often haha! If you are ever in the Salt Lake, Utah area, check out Clever Octopus!

I play the violin and viola well-ish. I played violin for about 10 years and for about 5 of those years I played viola as well (active years, I was in 3 orchestras). Besides just busting them out when I'm bored, I don't play as much any more.

I have also dabbled in banjo, guitar, and piano.

I also like to play games. Very casual though, I’m not great at them. I like Warzone, Minecraft, GTAV, Rocket Leage, Animal Crossing, Legend of Zelda games (Ocarina is my fave), and Phasmophobia.

I like to work on cars, I just don't because I don't have a car to work on lol! I was an auto tech for a while and I loved it so much.

Cooking. I love food and I love cooking. Well, I love eating what I cooked anyway!

Fishing. I haven't done this in a while. Note: I absolutely suck at fishing and usually don't catch anything, I have fun anyway! But I may go again on free fishing days!
