I'm a mom of 3 beautiful young boys (11,10, 9). I'm trying to instill the love of mail in my 3 boys. They certainly love to take my mail to the mailbox and put up the flag! They are also more than happy to help me decorate my envies!! I live in a tiny "village" in Michigan and love Michigan State University (Go Green! Go White!). I love stickers, making my own envelopes, and making my own postcards. I can't remember a time when I didn't love sending and receiving mail!
We are cat people - we have two actual cats here along with my 8yo who loves to meow and pretend he is a cat. Lily is an 13yo tortoiseshell that we adopted in Sept 2018. Midge is a ball of energy with the cutest meow you ever did hear, adopted Sept 2020 after our dear Pounce passed away.
2020 was a rough year here, even without the pandemic. My dad passed away in January, my grandma (best penpal ever) in June, and then Pounce in September. Grandpa passed away in April 2021 so unfortunately the grief continued, but swaps have helped me cope.
Most current country, some (not all) pop. I can never remember artists' names or who sings what...its just not my forte :) not so great with lyrics either, my kiddos know more words to current songs than I do! My hubby is the total opposite--great with songs and artists, can't live without music in his daily life.
Grey's Anatomy Jeopardy, Atypical, Outlander, The Handmaid's Tale, Call the Midwife. Hoping to find a new series (with multiple seasons) soon.
With the kids, we watch things like Ultimate Tag, American Ninja Warrior, and the Titan Games.
I love Disney movies, especially Lilo and Stitch and Beauty and the Beast. Will watch almost any movie genre....except horror. I'm just too much of a scaredy cat.
handmade envies, decorating envies, flipbooks, handmade die cuts or embellishments, basically anything involving glue or scissors...
Just started doing decos and I am hooked!! Love those with themes that give me a chance to craft out of my comfort zone!!
I’ve been joining a lot more PC swaps lately and thought that my profile may be lacking in terms of direction for my partners here. Most of my partners seem to have a nice list!
But, in reality, I’d rather be surprised than get PCs in the same 10 or so styles that I have listed out in my profile. Some of my all time faves are things that I never would have thought to list out on my profile!
Would love to hear your thoughts on why you chose a particular PC though!
I love surprises, really truly do. No allergies. Love love love decorated or colorful envelopes.
I would be super excited to receive:
~Stickers, sticker flakes.
~Shaped or cute design post-its.
~Stationery paper--especially multiple sheets of the same design to write long-ish penpal letters!
~Washi tape, especially, shiny, vintage look, monochromatic, thin, or thick styles. Would love some solid color foil look washi.
~Blank address labels. Big wide ones where I don’t have to smush my big ol handwriting inside.
~Handmade embellishments I can use to add flavor to my crafts!
~floral themed items, always can find a way to use them!
~enamel dots, store bought or handmade!
The following is not really my thing and I would prefer not to receive:
~off-season holiday items
I now have a very healthy stack of deco books— so let me know if you ever want a private swap or are just in need of a few more :). Happy to keep ‘em moving!

Hi Jessica. Just received our private deco swap. Thanks so much for sending relatively flat decos. Cheers!
Thank you so much for gifting me a gorgeous butterfly deco!!
It started in July and it's home already! My second ever sent home. I'll figure out how to send pics to share.
CPG WTA Jan- Thank you for the goodies you sent
Happy New Year from USA Happy Mail
Thank you for sending home my Women on Postage Stamps deco! I think that's the fastest I've ever had a deco come home. :) It turned out awesome. Thank you!!
Thank you for the three decos you sent via the Deco forum post. They look like fun themes. Also, I love the sparkly festive envelope in which you mailed them!
Thanks so much for sending home my first full ICM. I'll have to keep in mind that adding 8 inside pages is way too much and makes the book too thick to close like it should.
Thank you for the beautiful handmade card for my CPG September wishlist. It arrived while I was traveling.
