About Me
Hi! My name is Emily and I am a Food Scientist from the UK where I live with my husband Josh.
I'm a country girl at heart and love to get out in nature but I am currently living in a city and working on an industrial estate so I like to get out of the city when I can!
If I ever mess up with postage please let me know - I am happy to fix this with you and make it right.
Things I Like
I am big into stamp collecting - so if you're sending something please include a stamp! I would really appreciate it! I collect stamps from different geographical locations from all over the world so would love to add your stamp to my collection!
I love to sew and be crafty so any small patterns, scraps of fabric for making bookmarks or funky pins are always appreciated!
I love tea and coffee! Tea bags are always a win! I love Starbucks and trying new types of coffee.
I am a food scientist so any interesting, easy-ish recipes are always fun to try out too!
I also love Fantasy things, I love Harry Potter, Fantastic Beasts (Niffler OMG!), Lord of the Rings, Fantasy Art Work.
My favourite characters include anyone from Studio Ghibli Films! The Cat Returns and Kiki's Delivery Service are my favourite! I am learning a bit of Japanese and love to learn about the culture too.
I love face masks or eye masks and love anything to do with getting cosy, warm and relaxed. My sock size is size 5 - I love warm and cozy socks!
I love fruit themed things or anything to do with nature, being by the sea or water. Stickers are fun and doodles and drawings make things more personal!
I love travel, meeting new people from far off places and learning about different cultures! I love looking at pictures of beautiful places, beaches, countryside, cities - you name it! Especially if it's significant to the person who sent it - I love to hear your stories!
I am a massive animal lover - I love dogs, cats, kittens, penguins, exotic animals like giraffes, elephants, tigers and my favourite animals of all are wolves!
I love sweet things, noodles, crispy things and chocolate. I also love trying foods and interesting snacks from different places!
I also love journalling, using stickers, cute paper clips and post-it notes. I have a bullet journal so I'm always on the look out for washi tape, stickers, stencils and decorations/embellishments for that!
I would love to know a bit about you! Where you're from, what you like to do and what you're background is - this is my favourite part!

Hello from the piney woods of east Texas! I used to live in the big city of Dallas, but now live in the country so I totally understand about wanting to get out into nature. Since moving to the country I don't ever want to live in a city again. There are lots of birds, turtles, squirrels, rabbits, raccoons, opossums, and armadillos here where I live and even more trees - especially loblolly pine trees. I wish you could visit this area; I think you would really like it. I hope you have a great day and enjoy the rest of the weekend! 😊🌷
