I had a Priority Mail box of cookies for my in-laws sit in St Paul for three days last week before it headed off to Wisconsin. I sent an email saying that I won't feel badly if they don't eat the cookies because they are stale. Yesterday they called and said not a crumb was out off place and that they are enjoying them enormously. I had excellent advice from the King Arthur blog for the best way to ship cookies.
