As the user above (Rabbitfreedom) stated - I had the same thing happen to me. This user rated me a 1, even though I have proof of sending the e-mail. This user has deleted their profile and all contact information for unknown reasons.
Why no more profile? Why no address or email available any more? Trying to reach you because you rated me a 1 without contact on an email that I have proof I sent to you. Please respond?

You're not a fair rater you rate a 5 for someone that sends a lot of extras.
I've just been rated a 1 for a swap I have sent. I see there are numerous other people who have had this experience too.
