There is something about words. In expert hands, manipulated deftly, they take you prisoner. Wind themselves around your limbs like spiders silk, and when you are so enthralled you cannot move, they pierce your skin, enter your blood, numb your thoughts. Inside you they work their magic.
Hi I'm a sahm to 6 and live in the Uk, I also have my Grand Daughter living with me so we have quite a house fulll lol. My children age aged from 24 to 7 year old twin boys. Only my four youngest live at home. I also have 2 grandchildren aged 6 and 5. I used to work as a Dental Nurse but am currently waiting to start back at school studying Computer Forensics, Human Biology, Math, English and Psychology. In the hope of one day becoming a lawyer or going into Nursing/Forensic Psychology.
I just started work full time as a Pharmacy Dispenser. I've been there 3 weeks now, it's hard work but great fun. It's also just a few minutes walk away which is even better. It means more studying but I don't mind lol.
I live in a small village in rural Northumberland about three miles from where the Harry Potter movies were made, it's very pretty and quiet and I can see the ocean from my back garden (see piccy above)
I have lots of hobbies including Pen palling, Journalling, reading, swimming, swapping, reading, walking, cooking, watching movies and socialising with friends and family.
I tend to watch programmes such as C.S.I, N.C.S.I, Law and order, Medium, Ghostwhisperer, Cookery shows, Home Improvement shows, 70s and 80s re-runs, Kath and Kim, Taggart, Dr Who, Torchwood.
I don't really have a favourite type of book I generally just read whatever catchs my eye. I do like to read Jodi Picoult's books, or thriller's that make you think. I'm currently reading 'Tales From The East End' by Jennifer Worth.
I don't like horror stories or soppy love stories.
I've read all 5 books in the 'Twilight' Series by Stephanie Myer

Lame she's been flaking on swaps-- should have know to post this sooner but I gave her the benefit of the doubt: I had a partner flake on her Winter Journal swap, she said she would Angel for me..months go by...no journal-- ask her about it, says she's busy. As an angel, I am very patient. Almost a year later...still waiting! I think I got flaked on a FLAKE! Impressive.
I am really disappointed that you never followed through with me. You said you would send something again and blammed your husband for getting the package out late. That means it should still have been sent! Its been 3 months and I haven't gotten anything!!!
I wanted to let you know of a swap I just made up. Its 40+ stars for those that HOST SWAPS... I hope you will consider joining and passing this info onto other people you think may want to join.
