About Me

I am 37, a graphic designer & live in Pasadena California with my husband, twin daughters and cat. I love the farmers market, gardening, flea markets, fabric, any moment I can spend in the sunshine, yoga & long walks with my girls. I am a vegetarian, and am a bit of a health nut. I love color, bags, pouches, organic/natural beauty & bath products, vintage graphics/patterns and anything vintage with birds and butterflies. Lately Ive been drawn to yellow. I collect vintage scarves, fabric and dishtowels. My kitchen colors are greens and pale teal blue. I started quilting recently and am completely addicted to it. I am a member of the modern quilt guild here in los angeles, which is a ton of fun.

Fabric Swaps

For Fabric swaps, my favorite designers are Amy Butler, Alexander Henry, Heather Baily, Heather Ross, Erin McMorris & Denyse Schmidt. I am a fan of brightly colored prints..... Pink, Yellow, Green, Teal. I also love japanese linen.

Please no: Dark colors, batiks, novelty, or country prints.

Tea Swaps...

For tea swaps, I am an avid tea drinker, I love to receive anything that is Organic/Fair trade, local, or regional to you. My favorite is OOLONG, or any black tea. I prefer not to receive supermarket teas, please no Lipton, Stash, or foreign supermarket tea. I like most flavors and love to try something new and unusual.

I Love....

Modern Fabric, fabric scraps, yarn, tea, natural or handmade soaps, recipes, notepads, cute post it notes, Gummy candies, especially Harbo, dark & milk chocolate.

When I saw you were sending to me I was excited, I loved the lychee tea from Bird Pick you sent before, and I was definitely hoping to get to try something else! Response: Thanks! I thought I remembered your profile from before, but couldnt place it. I am glad you enjoyed the package. I never received one in return for this swap which is extremely frustrating to say the least.
