I'm Sophie and I'm a student who moved from Scotland four years ago to live in Norway. I love travelling and meeting new people. I stumbled across this website by chance and I think it sounds like lots of fun and I can't wait to get swapping things with people!

I love everything crafty and I especially enjoy sewing and making cards. I bought a sewing machine last year and since then have been making lots of useful things for people for presents such as quilts and purses! I really like quirky material.

I'm not keen on floral smells and prefer fruity scents. I'm not allergic to anything and love trying new foods and sweets.

I'd like to receive anything craft related, cute, kitsch or fun. I'm very easy to please and just love getting mail! I love cooking and really like cake toppers and candles and cute cake cases. Although I love gardening I don't think I can receive seeds in Norway so those are off the list of things to send :(

My favourite colours are turquoise/blue and pink. I love things that sparkle and glittery things. I also love decorating things with stickers and embellishments.

I like animals. I have a little hamster who is the cutest things in the world and is called Chutney, I also have a tankful of colourful fish. Since I live in a flat I can't have a cat, but have just started volunteering at the local animal centre and am loving it!

I have also recently really gotten in to gardening on my little roof terrace too! I can't wait to start eating my own produce (especially since Norway is so darn expensive!!)

I really enjoy music and play the clarinet and guitar. I recently joined a bluegrass band and am loving it. I really like my rock music too, but I'm very much into my folk and alternative music too :)

I love watching films and have just starting studying film science and computing which gives me a chance to see films I wouldn't normally watch and I'm really enjoying it. I love foreign and quirky films, and also old classic films. I do also love animation films and have a big soft spot for the older Disney films. I really like the programming course and hopefully this time next year I will be in my dream job of 'Web Designer'.

I don't watch too much TV, however I do love documentaries, especially nature ones (yip, a bit geeky, but I don't care! :P) I also like The Office, 6 Feet Under, Dexter and Mordern Family.
