I second Colleen's pick of the Check, Please! graphic series (very cute, a hockey player who loves to bake pies). When you have some time to take a break from your studies, I also think you might enjoy A Deadly Education by Naomi Novik (dangerous, monster-filled school for wizards with plenty of strategizing and dark magic - so much fun, I read it twice).
Only one book? Yikes.
Lost Horizon, by James Hilton. What a comfort in this world to imagine that somewhere all the treasure of the world is safe in the Valley of the Blue Moon, and that one day the meek will inherit the earth.
For a second entry in the Library Lovers' Month Giveaway, I am recommending you a book ... One of my favorite fun reads last year was a cozy mystery called Murder at Archly Manor by Sara Rosett. It's the first in a series of mysteries about a young 1920's socialite who has fallen on hard times. She has to get a job doing something, and winds up solving mysteries. I highly recommend an audio version. Very fun to listen to!

My recommendation would be Circe, by Madeline Miller. Thanks!
