Hi everyone! This is Dalila, a 33 year old girl from Italy, who now lives in Australia. I'm a wine and hospitality professional who is trying to kickstart a new career in IT. I love travelling and I have spent over 5 years living out of my backpack and travelling around the world. I love meeting new people, getting to know new cultures.. That's why I've been penpalling since I was 14 :) Some of the best friends I have.. I never met them, LOL. Now that I finally have a stable address again, I want to get back into penpalling - I adore seeing my mailbox full with letters and postcards, it makes me feel thought of and special :)

I've always been into rock, but with age came a taste for ballads and acoustic music. I love going to concerts and listening to music while writing letters :)

Yes, I am truly obsessed with stationery. I would never stop buying notebooks, pens, paper clips, post-its.. So of course I am interested in Stationery Swaps, to get something that I would never find in my Country!

I've been painting with acrylics and watercolours for a few years now and I like it so much. I also love creating my own stationery, my own envelopes.. and I think I would be a great scrapbooker, but I never really gave it a try. I am also into Zentangles and homemade bookmarks :)

I love biographies, history books, anthropology, culture and science related books.. And cookbooks!! I love cooking :)

My favorite director is Stanley Kubrik. I love thought-provoking movies! I try and watch all Oscar-winning movies every year. To list some of my faves: The Matrix, Fight Club, The Fifth Element, A Clockwork Orange, also like the New Hollywood movies ('60s-70's) and Hollywood Classics ('40s)..
