I live in Norwich, England with my two children, a girl (8) and a boy (1) and their dad.
I love to sew, would love to knit and need a cupboard for my fabric.
I never really got into any particular music and just listen to whatever anyone else was. Then I either liked it or not. I like Royksop for driving at night, HSM when my daughter asks nicely and Norah Jones right now.
I love to read or listen to books. I have studied English and German literature. I loved The Iliad, The Mill on the Floss and poems by Rilke. Outside of that I've enjoyed all of Banana Yoshimoto's books, The Secret life of Bees.
I love children's books, especially vintage ones, sci-fi, classics and foreign literature and since being pregnant again I've started reading crime novels.
And then there is my collection of craft books... always room for more.
Battlestar Galactica, Heroes, Survivors, Merlin, Big Bang Theory,
Stardust, Princess Bride, old black and white films, Fred Astaire, Breakfast at Tiffanys (Audrey Hepburn in general)
Anything involving beautiful fabric. Cute Japanese prints and vintage patterns.
