ALLERGIES: I have to avoid paraffin, perfumes and petroleum products (so not many lotions or lip balms fit the bill, for example). Also I don't eat wheat, corn, soy or dairy. So it's hard to send me food or recipes, in other words.

FAVORITE CRAFTS: I love anything to do with quilts. I've recently started crocheting.

LIKES: I love natural fibers, and 100% quilters' fabric (almost any pattern), and natural anything - like stone beads, glass, wood, shell, etc. I don't really use plastic craft items. I love jewel and earth tones.

MUSIC: I have very disparate tastes in music. Some of my favorite artists: Dar Williams, David Matthews, Enya, Jack Johnson, Ian & Sylvia, Crosby/Stills/Nash etc.

BOOKS: I read mysteries, and science fiction, but stay away from graphic violence. I also like good biographies or memoirs, especially of women. I'm looking for good fiction with an elderly female protagonist. Also books on how-to crafts.

WISHLIST: I love to receive anything handmade with creativity! Especially items that use natural materials or fabric in my favorite colors.
