About Me

I'm a late 20's woman who loves the same things now as I did when growing up. I craft a lot, play computer and board games, try to find active fun days out and pass the time having some fun. I work full time so spend my weekends catching up on tv or doing DIY jobs that are needed.

I have a husband and a cat and a baby which is now due in February. Panic mode has set in!

Favorite Crafts

I try my hand at all different crafts as I love learning new things.

Things I do: Paint, Draw etc all arty based things Sew Crochet Knit

I have my very first Craft Stall at a fair in November which should be fun if I can find the time to increase my stock and have some things to sell organised.

Favorite Books

I enjoy all sorts of books but generally stick to fiction and sci fi type, but not all the starships zooming through space to fight off a race of deadly space humanoids!

Authors I enjoy are to name a few but not limited to:

  • Gregory Maguire (Wicked),
  • Matthew Reilly.

Favorite Television

I watch a huge range of tv shows as there is just so much on most of the time! but all my favourite shows always start at the same time so I am so spoilt for choice!

Mega Awesome Computer Games!

  • Harvest Moon Series,
  • Professor Leyton - annoyingly addictive
  • Shadow Hearts,
  • Kingdom Hearts,
  • Motorstorm
  • Assassins Creed

They are mainly RPGs but also some good racing ones, shoot em ups etc!

Things that make me happy :)

So I thought I should put a list of other stuff that I generally like which isnt covered by the above topics! and since Im trying this syntax thing I'm doing lists! O the excitement right?

Things that make me sad :(

Thought I should put dislikes but it just feels a bit negative however guess I should put some things down to give a rough idea.

  • Horses,
  • Birds,
  • Mint

But if its a pink horsebird that smells of mint? Well then thats ok!

hi kirsty:) congrats on your upcoming wedding! it's very exciting and a great plan to "not panic":) my youngest daughter's theme for her wedding was centered around "stress-free" and they actually pulled it off! you will too... i see that we both like tim burton a LOT and your list of t.v. shows looks very familiar to my t.v. viewing as well...i do like to do crafts but i constantly fall back on pen/ink and using up black gel pens just like you:)

I have a cat(picture in profile) and she had to kittens on july 19th, the names I gave them was Tiger and Josephine. I'm not sure if we'll keep them, but we probably will, I Γ’β„’Β₯ them too much to give them away, lol :) Congrats on you getting married, are you planning a big or small wedding?
