Hello all!! My name is Sara! I've been married for 12 years and we live in Iowa with our 3 kids!! When not homeschooling my kids or working, I spend every second I can enjoying my hobbies!

Favorite Crafts

I adore crafting!!

I recently started to do smash*booking along with scrap booking and card making so there's always paper and adhesive and ink all over the place! Getting into filofaxing!

I also really enjoy sewing...but not clothes! I love to sew everything from coasters to quilts!

I am learning how to hand embroider to go along with the cross stitching I taught myself this year.

Crocheting is right up there on my list of favorites. Taught myself how to spin yarn this year with a drop spindle which is fun! If you love yarn then I think everybody should give it a try!!

Mixed media anything is also really fun! Haven't done any in a few years but would love to get back into it.

Favorite Books

I love crime books, mystery, chic lit, biographys, christian, young adult....umm most anything besides sci fi and fantasy.

I always have my nose in a "book"...errrr in an e-reader! Reading is a nightly thing for me so I am always looking for new suggestions on books!

Favorite Movies

My all time favorite movie is The Shawshank Redemption. I watch it at least once a week.

My movie tastes are kinda like my book tastes! I love chick flicks and comedies the most!

Favorite Television

Don't watch a whole lot of TV but I enjoy documentaries probably a touch too much!

Likes and dislikes

Likes:

All thinks pink (not pastel) Polka dots Colored ink pens Spring Digging in the dirt Listening to my children playing nicely together I LOVE handmade stuff!

Dislikes:

Red Fake people Winter (though I do love snowmen and snow flakes decorations I just dislike the real stuff)

Wishlist

Washi tape Anything for filofaxing Patterns for crocheting, or quilting, or sewing in general Anything Christian!! Anything Pink! Handmade things! Fat quarter fabric Scrap paper Project life cards any size or type!

I'm actually super easy to please! I'm usually excited for anything that comes in the mail...well besides bills those aren't exciting!
