About Me

I love to craft but I wish I was more prolific! I am hoping Swap-bot will spur me on! My favourite thing is papercraft, particularly cardmaking. I have dipped my toes in the seductive waters of scrapbooking and it felt good! I also crochet somewhat, but I cannot knit to save myself! It makes me a little bit sadder every day!

An obsession with cute

Ok, so I am 29, I am a teacher, I have a mortgage and a husband. I also have the right to never give up my right to cuteness. I know the term is "kawaii" these days, but cute is one of my favourite words. I was 6 years old when I got my first Hello Kitty bag, and from then I have always had an eye for things of that ilk. I have even considered a "Cute or Death" tattoo. Not really. But maybe though.

  • My current new love is Kireizukin Seikatu (the little San X racoon) so adorable!

Not so keen on...

Anything with babies on it, most disney stuff (except Bambi!),I'd never heard of Diddl but I don't really think he is cute - sorry! Neon things! Nothing too gothy - I like my colours too much! Oh and I'm not religious. That's all I can think of for now, I'm easy pleased!

I had to let my husband eat most of the goodies (I forgot to write in my profile that I'm on a funny diet for arthritis, not much sugar allowed... I did have a little bit though!) I loved the eyeshadow, put a little on the same day, matches a scarf I just bought perfectly. Glad you're keen to come to NZ it is pretty special over here, if a little backwards in some ways, it's very beautiful... and people are laid back on the whole. I've been to Scotland, my mum is from Glasgow, Dad from Stirling - they enjoyed your postcards & the tablet too! I'm living at home just now. Anyway, thanks again, have a lovely week.
