Comment: Thank you so very much for the incredible package you sent - it was the second thing I received as a swap from swap-bot and it was what has kept me here. The stamps on the package made me jump for joy as I collect animal postage and you had the $1 Walruses and the $2 Horses - is there more to that set? I've always loved Canadian postage anyway due to all the wildlife on the postage stamps. I always keep all my postage - whether I am collecting that or not - and the envelope of non collecting always seems to find homes to people that I find in swap groups like this that I will send them to. With Canadian postage you could do the same and many people would benefit!! Also, thanks for the Canadian stuff - to include the sticker on the package by your name. Since I am so disabled and most likely will be for life(happened at age 19 - it has been 10 years now), I have lost my biggest thing I ever wanted to do and that is to travel! So, I am collecting things from people from around the world things from their countries and making a "world album" and I hope it grows and grows so I have tons of countries and books. I could just get a bunch of brouchures sent to my address from all the nations and buy itty bitty souvenirs but the biggest part of travel is the PEOPLE and I would feel like I was missing out that way. So, I am hoping people will be like you and send me a touch of Canada or their country so that when I can't stand these four walls anymore, that I can take a little vacation like everyone else and do a little traveling. I'm thinking stuff like brochures of things to do in people's home town's, restaurant menus or coasters, postcards, history of the places people come from, maybe postage from those places and they would go in the book and not my collection, money from that part of the world, little souvenirs to remember your trip or the place by: anything a tourist comes upon and experiences in their travels. THANK YOU for being the first one to send me something for my book. This will bring emotional healing too, which I never thought about when I decided to quit focusing on the "I can'ts" and replace it with "maybe I can!" I appreciate you reading my profile well enough to hear that in me and to know just how important it is to me!!! I wish there was more hearts to give!!! Thanks for noticing someone who rarely gets noticed as a person but rather a disease - it is the first time in probably years.
