The whole envelope must've been dropped in water or rained on after the postage was affixed - it is like a watercolor kaleidoscope on all the layers of paper parts, but I LOVE how it looks - even if the PCs are "damaged" I can't wait to art them up and make use of them. Luckily the stickers were unharmed in their packaging. 💌
