You are amazing! The books you sent are more amazing than I have words to tell! I loved the comp smash book so much, but the journal brought tears to my eyes. I especially loved Hannah's drawing. You tell her I said she is going to be a great artist. Someday, I hope we can meet face to face, so I can hug you for all your wonderfulness.
Thanks ever so much for the RAP architecture postcard from Indianapolis. I've traveled to the city for work, and saw neither the downtown nor the Artsgarden structure. Thanks for sharing this, your busy schedule and summer dinner menu.
Last night I riffed on taco salad with a favorite spiced ground meat recipe - caramelized onions, ground turkey, spice mixture (cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, allspice) and fresh green beans steamed for 4 minutes on top of the meat. I cooled this to room temp and served it with tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce and a ginger dressing. It's too hot for more than a salad - and I was ready for a change!
