About Me

Mom, wife, photographer, environmental biology major. I have a crafty family and everyone is involved in something creative, be it traditional crafts or things like 3d printing or TTRPGs.

Our family includes a cat and while I keep my craft supplies as fur-free as possible, please be aware in the event that you have severe allergies.

🌒🌕🌘 Proud to be an earth worshipping witch! Solitary, green, not officially a Druid but many of the concepts mesh well with me

Comment: Thanks, Jessica! This was a fun swap! I loved the card from the cake mix and knowing that you used it to make a coconut cake for your daughter's birthday! Sounds yummy! I just recently learned about capybara's from my granddaughter. She loves them, too.
Comment: Thanks for the resend! Congratulations on the degree!
Comment: I love the dough boy!! C'mon spring!!! I am looking forward to warmer weather. Happy new year friend!!! ❤️💚💛

Comment: Thanks for the prompt resend! It arrived so fast, I don't know why there was any problem with the first one. Coconut cake sounds delicious. Happy 18th to your daughter.
Response: It seems like only one of the three original cards made it, so I resent yours and another. The only thing I did differently from other chunks is adding washi tape, and I wonder if the PO machinery didn't like it for some reason. Lesson learned I suppose and I won't use that again just in case! Thanks for accepting a re-sent and I greatly appreciate the updated feedback!
Comment: Thank you for the chunk of cardboard! Pre-congratulations on your bachelors!
Comment: Thank you for the chunk!
Comment: I can't wait to listen to these!! Thank for that and the lovely note and envie!!

Comment: Def a cheesy card 🤣 thank you!
Comment: Thank you for the chunk! One of my recent thrift scores was a Portland Trail Blazers commemorative postcard book. It has postcards with images from the 1970s to the 2010s. My favorite Cryptid is bigfoot because he is my PNW neighbor. I'm not sure if aliens are cryptids. I'll have to ponder that for a bit.
Comment: Thank you for the interesting card .And your note. October was ok decorations were fun to see and most of the weather was great. Didn't really cool down to freezing till almost the end of the month. I don't really do halloween anymore as the kids in the trailer park don't go around this neighborhood but to the different Trunk or Treats around town. 2 Big ones downtown and almost every church around town. Only one I had was great-granddaughter who was dressed as Pikachu and wanted to come show me.

Comment: Thank you for the interesting chunk. I haven't been doing any crochet this summer. Been having trouble with my left hand. The thumb and first 2 fingers will lock up where I can't move them to hold the yarn so I have been doing other things that don't aggravate my hand.
Comment: Hi Jessica! I love this chunk! What is it from? Yep, I've made several zines this year and participated in Get Messy's Ama-Zine classes last month. Warmly, Ginger
Comment: Skinny Puppy added another leg to their “last tour”, so I’ll be seeing them in December. :)

Hi there! Please contact your partners from the old swaps that you have received 1s for and get those sorted out before joining new swaps. Those could easily be changed into 3s if you would re-send them. =)

Hi there,

I am cruising the profiles of those who have signed up for the Herbal Lore swap and I am curious, tell me not to be so nosey. . "Pariah" is an interesting choice of name for someone who has such a great profile. Here it means a social outcast, but you appear to have a wonderful personality, so maybe it means something different there.

Let me know how the needle felting goes as I have been meaning to try it, along with a zillion other crafts, so many, so little time.

I am on the lookout for one of those "creepy books that look something like a witch would write her spells in" too. The problem is my handwriting is so messy if I did write in it I wouldn't be able to read it. Cut and Paste is more my style.

Best wishes from the deep south, Kay in New Zealand
