a 23-year-old theology student from Finland and I'm happy to swap with you (:

I'm a Christian girl and faith means lot to me. I'm very interested to talk, read and understand different Christian traditions, but also other lifestyles, religions, and ways to see the world. Things that are Christianity themed are very welcome to me :)

I love recycling and eco-things. I buy most my clothes from second hand shops and flea markets and love to make all kinds of things from recycled materials. Especially sewing is something I do a lot.

Some other things that make me happy are dancing, riding a bike, writing letters and poems, drinking tea, making cards and making food (especially veggie food and all the yummy cupcakes etc).

I love

animals (wild animals and dogs), earthy and bright colors (orange, rose, violet, grey, brown, green, blue, nearly everything), nature, retro things and prints, old-fashioned things and vintage, recycled, organic, fair trade and local products from different countries.

I would love to receive

recipes (especially American pancakes and falafels), beautiful pictures to put on the wall, letter sets, new ideas to my handicraft, pens that are good for writing letters and a black marker, decotapes, rubber stamps, yarn (even in small amounts), beautiful postcards, candles, textile handkerchiefs (I mean a handkerchief not made of paper but something like cotton), tea (especially black tea!), tote bags, retro fabrics, eco cosmetics, chocolate, thoughts about God and life, poems, quotes that are important to someone, books about crafting or Christian books, movies (I love nearly everything except horror), jewelry that's made of something natural like wood or seeds or that's happily colored, vintage things and anything beautiful.

I appreaciate hand made things and love most the swaps where people can use their crafting skills (:

I don't like...

I don't have many things that I absolutely don't like. I'm not very much into cartoon characters, beads or touristy postcards. And I don't like strong artificial scents or colors (in food, for example). Also horror themed things are something I don't like (skeletons, spiders etc.)

The most interesting thing in

Swap-bot is to get other people's favorite things that they recommend and see if I like them too. I like surprises and things that I didn't know I like. And I like anything that someone has made putting effort in it. I also enjoy reading other people's profiles and in that way to "meet" different people :)

Comment: Thanks for the fun earrings! I enjoyed doing this swap too, and will be doing more with these cards since it was fun thinking of different things to do. I really enjoy using recycled items for crafting. I also liked getting a swap from Finland and I love the gold stickers on the envelope!

Comment: This sounds like an interesting book. I love reading historical fiction novels. I have a copy of The Help as well, but I haven't gotten around to reading it yet. I've been wanting to see the movie, but I want to read the book first. Thanks for sharing, I look forward to reading these at some point!

Thanks for covering for a deadbeat swapper :-) in the"profile package of used/recycled items" swap. I love the tote bag from dog food bags and also the one from coffee bags. I've seen such things, but have never made any. The yarn is also quite welcome.

I had a great time in Australia; I attended a performance of John Stanier's "The Crucifixion" at the St. Paul's Cathedral in Melbourne CBD, watched a Catholic service on the night of Holy Saturday at St. Francis and took part in the 8:00 a.m. service at St Paul's on Easter Morning. Then, I had lunch with my friend and his merry family. How did your Easter festivities go?
