Mishmash

I have been a crafter for over 23 yrs now, trying a lot of different things and am always up to trying something new. Recently done some ATC swaps, PL swap, DAJ swap and have just put myself down here for a few envelope filled with goodies swaps. I love, love, lurve to make handmade embellishments and alter items. Scrapbooking and crochet, sewing ... l could go on and on LOL

Between my partner and l we have 5 children who are just beautiful. Four boys and one girl. I am currently doing an course in Aged Care ... absolutely loving it. And life is good.

Mostly the 80's, 90's or whatever is on the radio at the time.

I don't really read books. But faves from my past are Johnathon Livingstone Seagull and Perfume which is a book which is written through the sense of smell. Very clever

Resident Evil, Zombie Land, X-Men, The Avengers. I like horror but not scary if that makes sense ... lol

Please don't send me your junk mail or used books. No lip balms or personal hygiene products. Its quite upsetting for me to receive items that will just go into my trash bin.

Atm l am looking for beach and recipe/cooking themed items. I am doing scrapbooking pages and l seem to have been able to complete 3/4 of them but can't seem to finish them, so if you have something in those themes l would be so grateful.

I mostly am here on swap-bot for papercrafts, so any along those lines l would love to swap.

I do love making embellishments. I can spend hours each night making them. You can use them in cards, scrapbooking, ATCs, Postcards ... anything really. I'm hoping to start doing Art journaling, so if you have any tips for me please pass them on :)

I love my girly girl colors like pink and white. Shabby Chic is probably how you would describe my look.

I really like stamped images that l can color in too, but they need to be on thick Water color paper as l color using distress inks... kinda like you would use water colors. Apart from that l'm pretty easy going as l really like receiving things that l don't normally do. I like trying different things.

Please don't send food or tea and coffee. Australian customs are quite strict with these items and may stop me completely from receiving swaps with these in them. Trust me l eat enough chocolate to make up for this :D

Hello Kitty or moustache things really aren't my cup of tea, sorry. But if that's all you have, don't stress because l have a sweet little girl who is getting into crafting and would make good use of them :)
