I’m retired living with my husband in northern Michigan, USA.

I have raised two beautiful daughters that love the Lord and are the joy of my life. I was able to homeschool the youngest until graduation.

I like true story books and movies that have victorious endings, like a movie I recently watched called “Shadrack”. I think it may be my all time favorite true story movie for its humor, down to earth people, children and real life situations like, "frustration in love" pit against "bureaucracy", doing the right thing even if it is a huge inconvenience - unique film, very well done.

My husband and I volunteer at our local food pantry for the past five years. It feels so good to give — not just food, but love, prayers, hugs to people who may have very little sunshine in their lives. They give back by just showing up! They are the real givers. I wonder, when Jesus said it’s better to give than to receive may be because the “givers” (so to speak) really need something that only the receivers can give. It works both ways and nothing done in Yeshua (Jesus) goes to waste. ❤️

My personality is both serious and goof ball. I tend to make people laugh especially when there’s not much to laugh about. The smallest thing can brighten my day so I like to do small but meaningful things for others and I love it when they do it for me... it's like recieiving a kiss from God.

A little of everything — right now my favorites are George Ezra, the lumineers, classical, instrumental, gospel.

My niche is vintage French Shabby Chic. I enjoy making junk journals, Snippets, Embellishments, Cards, Pockets, Folios, etc. I like floral ephemera, sari silk ribbon, delicate vintage silk ribbon, vintage laces, doilies and notions. I prefer powdery or pastel colors in pink, blue, green and yellow. German and Victorian scraps, vintage postal papers and die cuts, fussy cut flowers. Coffee and tea stained papers… you get the idea.

DISLIKES: children’s stickers, cartoon stickers, school stickers, witchy or occult items, political or violence related, and anything distasteful. So please I ask you not to bother sending me these things as they go straight into the trash without a thought of passing them along to someone else.

I’m a coffee drinker but like a good tea now and then.

I believe in redemption and new life through Gods forgiveness expressed in Yeshua Messiah … which translates to Jesus Christ. A lot of people think that Christ was Jesus last name but it’s not.
