Anicka, @Chelle has apparently disappeared. The last I heard from her was that there was a death in the family and she would mail a swap that weekend. I never heard from her again and this was the beginning of May. Are you in her other outstanding swap? I'd go ahead and leave a rating if it's you. You can always change the rating later when/if she makes it up. I don't know what's going on but the lack of communication is highly disappointing.
