I apologize for the long profile, but I like A LOT of things! Hopefully that makes it easier to swap with me.
This is a Teesha Moore inspired lap quilt I made in December of 2020. It's completely sewn by hand. All the patches were received in various swaps I've participated in over the years.
This is one of my favorite possessions, Little Miss No Name, a doll made by Hasbro in 1965. I found her years ago on eBay in excellent condition. She was just missing her tear.
I'd love an ornament from you (store bought or handmade) to put on my year round tree.
I commissioned this illustration of me from Lemanntim on deviantART.
This is me in my crafting cave.
My name is Suzanne and I'm 44 years old. I'm from Corryton, Tennessee, which is just outside of Knoxville. I am a former social services worker, but now I'm on disability due to bipolar disorder. I am a textile artist, who also loves to draw.
I'm single and I don't have any children. I live at home with my mom and formerly feral cat, Frankie Mae Castle. Many of you remember that I had a black cat named Johnny Cash for 16 years. Unfortunately my little sidekick passed away on 1/13/2022. He left this Earth peacefully while lying on my lap. He is sorely missed.
I love nature. I live in the country at the foot of a mountain, so I'm exposed to a lot of wildlife. I frequently see deer, fox, owls, opossums, squirrels, chipmunks, and raccoons. I just recently had an early morning encounter with a black bear in my driveway! Eeek! It still seems surreal. Opossums are my favorite animals. I love to watch them at night. They are such fascinating creatures. Did you know they don't carry rabies? Their body temperature is too low. Fun fact! I love insects and spiders, too. I find them absolutely fascinating.
I spend most of my time sewing dolls or plushies by hand. I don't use a sewing machine because it's just too complicated for me. I don't understand the mechanics of it all and it feels too daunting to learn right now. Sewing by hand is very relaxing and therapeutic for me anyway. I also love to hand embroider and to draw with a pencil and paper. (I suck at digital art programs. Well I'm ok with pixels.)
I'm almost always open for private swaps, so just ask if you're interested.

I'm totally addicted to binging t.v. series on Netflix, Hulu, and Prime lately. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. This has cut into my crafting time because I can't pay attention to both at the same time (if the t.v. show is good that is). I make sure to sign up for crafting swaps each month so I don't get completely lazy. I put Cartoon Network on in the background while I craft.
I have a new obsession: DISNEY!!! I went to Disney World in November of 2014 and now I can't get enough! Some of my favorite characters are:
Other things I love about Disney are:
Don't be limited to just the things listed above, but I would appreciate you looking at my profile
I’m a comic book fan. I was a loyal monthly "The Walking Dead" reader until it ended in July of 2019. As far as superheroes go, I used to be strictly a DC fan, but have started "accepting" Marvel. Here are some of my favorites. :

Thank you so much for WW August birthday wishes of awesome washi tape, stamped images and stickers! I have been tempted to buy the washi from Etsy and now I don't have to! I agree the washi from Dollar Tree is much cuter and great quality too! I can't wait to use the stamps and stickers, some are going in my Retro Book and some for happy mail.
