I've never been good at telling people about myself but here it goes. I've lived in Maryland my whole life but would love to pack it all up and move. I just don't know where we'd go. I'm a mother of 3, have been married to my wonderful husband for 10 years. I work 6 days a week so my spare time is spent with my kids and husband or crafting with my girlfriends. I love making signs out of old wood and I've actually gotten pretty good at it! I love all things primitive! Pinterest is my addiction :) I found this site when a customer at my work was telling me about it. Sounds like it will be a lot of fun! I like to think that I have a good sense of humor and pretty easy to get along with.

I'll listen to pretty much everything depending on my mood.. I love rock when I'm getting ready to out for an evening of fun..I like slow music when I'm upset about something..etc.

I love Nicholas Sparks. Anything romantic! A friend has lent me 2 books by James Patterson. I've never read anything by him before but so far the first book was pretty good.

• My all time favorite movie is "Definitely Maybe" and I'm not sure why lol there's nothing special about it and to some people maybe not even that good. But for some reason I love it and could watch it over and over again!!
• The Blind Side- Sandra Bullock was amazing in this movie. Just a nice story all around! Oh and...GO RAVENS!! :)

• The Grown Ups..1 and 2 but I liked the first one the best!

I love all crafts. A few girlfriends of mine get together once a month and have craft night. We leave our husbands and kids at home and we craft. We each bring something to eat and we all pinch in money to get the necessary materials. and we have lots of laughs and at the end of the night, a nice craft to display in our homes. We've all gotten really good and some of our other friends have asked for us to make them one for their homes. I love the primitive country look so that's usually the types of crafts we do. I've recently started making homemade cards with a friend. She does amazing work so I'm hoping to learn a lot from her!!

• the smell of cigarette smoke--I smoked for a long time and finally quit 3 years ago so now the smell nearly knocks me over. I don't have too many dislikes. Joining this group wasn't about the items being swapped. For me it was to meet new people and see what part of the world everything came from. I think it's pretty cool that I'm getting PC's from Texas or a recipe card from Georgia. It's fascinating to me!!

I know life happens (this is my schedule for the week--Mon.- work and football practice for my son, Tues--work, dance practice for my daughter, Wed--work, football practice for my son and a softball game for my daughter, Thurs--work and football practice and Fri--work and a softball game for my daughter) life is hectic sometimes and we don't get our swaps in the blue box the day it's due. I totally get it. As long as I receive the swap you're getting a 5..maybe even a heart!!
