About Me

Nature- and art-loving Witch honoring Brigid, Ganesh, and Guanyin.

I like making things that combine found objects, nature, and a little shininess. I always have a little gesso and a little glitter stuck to me, which makes me happy, but my husband is not so thrilled when one of the guys in the machine shop notices that he has glitter stuck to his cheek. :)

Favorite Crafts

Multimedia: mixing photos, gesso, glitter, watercolor, pens, markers, and anything, really, on anything.

Likes

Birds esp. those found in the New England region of the United States, bears, bunnies, mountain lions, narwhals, pikas, pronghorns, squirrels, stars, glitter, bicycles esp. vintage, nonHarley motorcycles, old Ford pickups, old Broncos.

Nature themes always welcome in any swap, esp. those that lean more toward natural history illustrations than kawaii-type approaches.

Quality over quantity, handmade over store bought, HD/HP over collage, vintage over new. That said, you do you and have fun. :)

Dislikes

Anything gory, heartbreaking, cutesy, evangelical, or intolerant.

Very sensitive to non-natural scents like perfumes, colognes, etc.

I find flashing/moving gifs very distracting, so will delete any posted to my profile. Very sorry to those of you who love them.
