March/April, 2024: I am taking a Swap break. The platform isn't bringing me joy at the moment & what fun is that? I am completing my last few swaps & will ensure I rate but my login activity will be less frequent.

For the basics I am a 40 something, married, dog mom & marketing professional. I have lived in Michigan for about 17 years but grew up outside of Toronto where a lot of my family still lives.

I'm not easily offended (though really prefer nothing religious), cards with sweary puns can for sure come my way. I love swapping & have a handful of regular penpals. I give hearts freely and don't worry about postmarks or delays, life happens. I alway send & if I am going to be late I will let you know so if you haven't received, please let me know & I will resend.

Likes:

• Stickers - Stickii or Pips are perfect! (I'd prefer nothing to glittery, planner or reward stickers for kids). I also love older stickers like Lisa Frank, Suzy Zoo, old cartoons, etc.!

• Christmas (my favorite holiday!)

• Fall (my favorite season)

• Dogs (I have two rescues, a 3 year old & a 12 year old, both retriever mixes)

• Wine (I love wine humor)

• Travel (Pre-COVID I traveled a lot for work but have been pretty grounded for the past couple of years. Favorite places: Paris, London, NYC, Montreal, Napa & Sonoma)

• Reading (a lot of mindless Chick Lit to unwind but also like historical fiction, biography & mystery)

• Peloton (I hope to pick this one up more in 2024)

• Walking (Lots of great trails around my house!)

• Chocolate (Any & All)

• Coffee Addict

• Gummy Bears

• Harry Potter (Gryffindor)

• Kawaii (No real preference on type)

• Vintage Items (produced to look vintage or the real thing!). The marketer in me really likes vintage ads!

• Any & All Stationary Supplies (I love Cavallini Papers & Co., Archer & Olive, Emma & Kate, Cloth & Paper and Simply Gilded)

• My favorite color is Blue (Specifically Navy) - I love all things nautical!

• Pens (I love a good pen!)

• Fun Playing Cards (Really love vintage, travel themed & airline cards!)

• Postcards (Any of the above mentioned themes + Disney/Pixar, Fun Shapes, Maps, Wine Dogs, Lantern Press, etc.)

• Products for Kids (unless a book on my Amazon wish list)

• Not sure if washi collecting is considered a craft but if it is - it's my favorite! I have a serious hoarder problem with washi & buy it all the time!
