About Me

Is it just me or is mail terribly slow & unreliable these days?

I always rate asap after receiving a swap. If I haven't rated, I haven't received.

I'm a mother & wife. The hubs and I have been together for over 28 years. Married for 21 years. We have an 18 year old son, graduated HS early and a very energetic, crazy Labraheeler pup named Kole.

My preferred style to receive is mixed media, happy colors. My style tends to be somewhat eclectic, especially with my creative journals. I love odd and quirky! I love little trinkets and things from the 80's & 90's.

I love creative Journaling, Mail Art, Collage Fodder, Art Journaling, House shaped art & Art with Human Faces. Ephemera, rub-ons & quotes. Mixed Media. Drawing.

I have a huge rubber stamp collection and a Big Shot Machine for diecutting.

Comment: I love the jar you decorated! What did you use for the show on the lid? I also noticed that you put a decorative liner inside the lid - great detail!!! I really like the netting that you put around the jar; it looks like snow on it so its perfect! The doll hand made me laugh, and I can't wait to use all the little wooden footprints in a project! I haven't seen the B&W tobacco coupons since I was a teenager working behind the counter at my family's gas station. And I love all the colored square prong fasteners! Comment: I got an envelope today from the USPS with a torn envelope inside. 1/2 the envelope is missing but inside is a yellow card and in that card is the Collage strip from 2022!! I dont know how it got here or why it took over a YEAR but it's HERE!! hahah SO CRAZY!! Thank you for the lovely collage strip! I will definitely be using it on my next journaling page!! HUGS! Gabi
