Comment: Marked as sent, but I never received an email from partner. Swap partner hasn't been online since July 16. I did send message to partner, asking about swap. This message is still unread. This person has a total of 11 swaps, soon to be 12, all rated as 1s.

Comment: Never received an e-mail for this swap even though user marked it sent on 6/29/2023; I have checked my spam folder as well. Sent a message on 7/3/23 offering user to send the information via SB PM but have yet to receive a response; user has not been on-line since July 16, 2023.
