A masterboard is a larger piece of art that is cut down into smaller sections - in the case of this swap, we'll be cutting the masterboards we create into postcard sized pieces. Four postcards from one large masterboard.
Start your masterboard by sourcing a large substrate to work on. Something 8.5" x 11" or larger. You can use the side of a cereal box or heavy-weight art papers like bristol board or watercolor paper.
Once you get your substrate, art it up! Use multiple mediums to create a layered and interesting end result. Collage with patterned papers, ephemera, images, die-cuts; add paint with stencils, doodle with pens, pencils, crayons or markers; rubber stamp, spray ink...you name it, go for it. Ultimately colors, artistic style and theme are sender's choice.
When your substrate is at a good place, chop it into FOUR individual postcards. Minimum mailable size is 3.5" x 5", but you can of course go larger. It will just cost more postage.
FINISH your masterboard postcards with additional details---quotes, words, more images. Do not just send the background as is. You will be sending one of your finished masterboard postcards to each of your 4 partners, naked and stamped.

I will use my discretion in removing questionable swappers for these and other reasons (known problem swappers, mail issues, etc.) from this swap prior to and on partner assignment day. If you see someone in the swap who concerns you, please PM me.
An international version of this swap will be available when this one is complete.
