Though I'm a grandma, I'm an active artist, with a pretty big ATC collection already. I love any kind of art; although ceramics seem to be my most marketable form.
FAVORITE MUSIC. Favorie music includes Bocelli, and bluegrass. Some say never the twain shall meet, but I don't see why not.
FAVORITE TV I'm a Suvivor nut. And I enjoy Project Runway. Blue Bloods, & Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries.
OTHER INFO I grew up in the country, along with 30 school horses. As a teenager I resented them; I thought in the winter time those horses ate better than I did.
I taught riding for quite a few years. Balance seat. I had patience and ended up teaching most of the beginners' classes.
My father had come east from Oklahoma. In 1932 he began a boys' camp, and eventually a girls camp too. I worked there in my teens, and later became the director of the girls' program. Did that for 27 years. Had a great time!!!
Then worked 17 years in a library, so books are a real passion. My favorites of all time are the Just So Stories by Kipling. Jack Reacher, and the Joe Pickett novels.
TV:I'm a Survivor nut. I enjoy Project Runway, and the Voice.
As a artist I will try anything. Have modeled 2 ceramic 'Grateful Dead Dancing Bears' wedding cake toppers.....and once painted a lady on the massage table with her horse giving her a massage.......
I discovered ATCs when the Swedish site was fairly new: Made and sent 20 ATCs and got 20 different ones back. What a blast!!
My favorite colors are blues and greens, although I never saw a color without merit.
