Please no skulls, no witches, devils, etc., nothing dark and scary,

Please nothing smoky smelling

I really don't have a lot of dislikes other than brussel sprouts (yuck!), the sound of chewing or chomping gum, the sound of someone crinkling a plastic water bottle or soda can (worse than fingernails on a chalkboard!), and driving in the rain :)

Comment: How did the boys like their Easter "baskets"? I do the same with my kids and get a thrill out of doing it. I made 4 this year. My 3 not so young kids and my sons wife. They all enjoyed it. Plus a put together for my husband and small gifts for all my family and their kids. Just a fun holiday overall. Thanks for the nice letter. I enjoyed reading it.
Response: :) the boys liked their baskets, especially the shower caddy for college one. I ended up needing to get the new baseball bag before Easter since his old one broke and so put our ballplayer's things in a little cooler bag. He was really happy with the new batting gloves I included.

Comment: Thank you for the lovely note! :) We also love to use our crock pot - not just during this time of year, but all year round! The only thing I've not been able to do well is chicken because it tends to burn having to be in there so long... :( Would love to see your chicken recipe with the greenbeans though!! Sounds great!
Response: It's easy. I just throw frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs in the crockpot with some cut up potatoes, salt, and pepper and then dump a can of green beans over it (undrained). If I need it to be ready in 3 or 4 hours I cook it on high, otherwise I cook it on low. The amount of chicken and potatoes depends on how many people I'm serving. I usually do one piece of chicken and 2 med potatoes per person.

Comment: I love how you decorated your list, especially the elephants! I've only read three of the things on your list (the two Sherlock Holmes stories and an Agatha Christie), so lots of new recommendations for me to look through. I definitely plan to try "Fortunately the Milk" (sounds amazing!), and I think I'll look up Victoria Thompson soon. :)
