About Me

Hello! I'm anxious to get started. I'm a 55 year old single mom of two children. I'm usually a very happy upbeat lady. My friends tell me I need to slow down but thats not my style. I love to try new things, hence Swap-Bot. I'll have lots of questions I'm sure, so please help an old gal out, will ya! I'll add more when I figure out what you all want to know about me. I'm very much looking forward to meeting some great people and learning lots of new things. Hopefully during all this I'll find a few new friends!

Favorite Music

I'm a child of the 70's. Gimme that old time Rock-n-Roll. I also enjoy Bluegrass. Mainly, I like The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, The Who, pretty much all the music from that era.

Favorite Books

My favorite has got to be Cookbooks! I collect them. I have way to many. Hey, you may tempt me to part with a few, maybe. I enjoy, Stephen King, Dean Koontz and Peter Straub.

Favorite Movies

I enjoy lots of movies. I absoutely loved Inception! It is now my new favorite. I like the Twilight series, the Matrix series, and all of the Star Wars and Star Trek movies. I'm sensing a pattern here.

Favorite Television

I watch TV in the evenings with my kids sometimes. I am also a reality addict. I love Two and a Half Men!

Favorite Crafts

I guess I'm a "Jill of all crafts, a mistress of none!" I want to learn it all. I have'nt found one single thing I like more than others yet. Please help me learn!

I'm very glad you got your goodies! I know it was really heavy...there were a lot of 12x12 papers in there uncut! That's what the majority of the weight was!! Have fun with it! :)
