Married for 10 years, live in Tennessee near Nashville. No children (with the exception of 1 dog and 2 cats.)

My doggo is named Sassy! She was rescued from a shelter in Nashville, TN. Poor thing was dumped by her previous owner after giving birth. 🐶

My eldest cat is called The Colonel. He was found wandering the streets of Hermitage, TN. He makes a lovely addition to my menagerie! 😺

And my youngest cat is Weasley. He was rescued from a hoarder situation. He and 3 other cats and kittens were living in a pet carrier in their own filth. His white bits were yellow when we got him, and he stunk of urine. His nickname is Mr Peabody, since his body literally stunk of pee. He is well loved (and well bathed...) and he loves running around our house and playing fetch! He is my favorite! 😻

I work for the State of Tennessee as a paralegal. I love my job! ⚖

I attend a lovely church here in Springfield, TN. Aside from being an active member of the worship team (singer), I am very much involved in the choir, children's ministry, and committees. I am a busy person, but I still somehow manage to find time to craft and swap!!! :)

FYI: Since I seem to be encountering this on a semi-regular basis... I joined swap-Bot on November 6, 2021. This was not the date I learned how to paint, draw, sew, write, craft, or mail things timely, It was just the date I found this site. Believe it or not, I've been doing all those things listed above (and many more) for a long, LONG time. Please please don't assume I am a "New artist" because I'm new here. I'm just an artist who is new to SWAP-BOT. Thanks!

I have eclectic tastes in music. Love anything from They Might Be Giants to Kirk Franklin and most stuff in between. Also an avid karaoke fan.

Huge horror fan. I like Marvel universe, Star Wars (OT mostly), Harry Potter, John Wick, most any sci-fi film, if it has Simon Pegg, Jemaine Clement, or Benedict Cumberbatch in it I’ll watch it.

While I am a Christian, I usually detest faith-based films because of the ATROCIOUS acting. I really really really want to love the films... but meh.

I usually prefer the book, but that doesn’t stop me from watching the film.

Science Fiction, Fantasy, Horror, Period Dramas, Comedy, and oddly enough: Yellowstone. Watched season 1 and 2 of The Chosen.. sooo good!
