That's how we say "hello" in Te Reo Maaori, the native language here in New Zealand.

Allow me to introduce myself! I'm 23, my star sign is Cancer, and I grew up in a small town in New Zealand. I'm currently saving so I can travel the world, and hopefully meet a few penpals in the process! I'm bisexual, and a proud advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community. I'd love to be a teacher one day.

I'm new to swapbot, but I've been penpalling and papercrafting for the past 4 years and I love it! I'm a huge fan of flipbooks, exploding envelopes, and basically just anything that can be stuffed with goodies!

Some of the things I like are: *nature: *anything floral (I'm obsessed) *buttons *confetti *anything positivity related *stickers *washi tape!! *project life cards *cacti *ribbon *cats! *bookmarks *ephemra *herbal teas *sparkles/glitter

I'm not a fan of: *overly religious things *coffee *letters that are only half a page long

I'm trying to read more in 2019! I just finished reading "So much to tell you" by Anna Akana and plan on reading "The Sun and Her Flowers" by Rupi Kaur next

Comment: Aug 6, 2019: You replied to my message on May 26, 2019 saying that "Hey, I'm so sorry to hear that! Had the envelope been opened at all? When I weighed it at home it weighed 112gms. Will put something new together tonight to send". After I told you the content of the mail and asked if any of the sent items was missing, you replied me: "I'm so sorry about all this! I'm wondering if perhaps I didn't read the requirements for this swap properly / if I got it confused with another similar swap. Will send a parcel that meets requirements tomorrow." But I didn't received any resend from you up until today, so I'm afraid I have to leave this rating at a 3. May 21, 2019: I sent you a message on May 16 but it's still unread as of today. I'm sorry to rate you a 3 but the mail you sent me for this swap doesn't really meet the swap requirements. It's stated that: "You have to send at least three different items (all together at least 100g)" in the swap. But the mail I receive from you is a flat envie with only about 40g.
Response: Hey love I'm sorry I haven't been active lately! When I weighed the envelope at home it was over the set requirements, but I'll send something to you in the mail tomorrow seeing as it wasn't that way when you received it
