Hi I’m Dan. My pronouns are he/him, I’m 40 years old, and I live in California, USA. I listen to a bunch of podcasts about a wide variety of topics, and occasionally I record some of my own with family and friends. I enjoy reading, gadgets, photography, and creating crafts with my laser cutter. I’ve decided to get back into letter writing because I also collect fountain pens and want to put them to good use. I also enjoy film, television, theatre, and the serial comma.

You may notice I don’t have specific likes/dislikes listed for common swap items. I’m mostly interested in what other people find cool enough to share so I don’t want to limit things by getting too specific here. Rest assured if you put in the effort then I’ll appreciate it!

I should also mention that my wife Michelle teams up with me on many swaps. She's a great help in finding the right items to match people's profiles and when artwork is needed she is super talented.

I love independent comics and graphic novels, particularly autobiographical material like the work of Lucy Knisley. I also enjoy some more mainstream titles like Hawkeye and X-Men.
