I am an American expartiate, I have been living overseas in Germany since 2008. I have 2 little boys ages 3 and 5 and they love happy mail, though my 5 year old is a little capitalist at the moment and keeps asking if everything that comes is toys for him lol. The little one loves stickers and they both get so excited when things come. I am a goal setter myself as well as an avid reader, at the moment I m reading the bestseller The Martian. I would love to travel more aside from my little jaunt around the globe to Germany I havent made many rounds, I dream of seein machu pichu, pompeii, and I would love to go on a cruise, I think it is so brillian you treated yourself, too often we do not spend enough time with ourselves, I have been encouraging myself to get out more explore museums, eat, even traveling alone is ok, I dont know why we have it so embedded we should do everything with someone. And super congrats on the weightloss, that is fantastic. To answer your questions my favorite song at the moment is Hozier take me to church, its a scottish I believe folk rocky singer, I am never good with genres lol. As far a celebrations my sons fifth birthday is on Tuesday, they grow up way to fast, I want to stop time while they are still cuddly. My happy is a bit compley but I am happy and proud of myself that I noticed a toxic situation and was brave enough to confront it and remove myself and not let me kindness be taken advantage of, sometimes I worry about being mean and saying no, but there is the point when you have to say hey now no I am not ok with this and remove yourself, and I am so proud I was confident enough to do so. I am enjoying the book The martian, while I am not a huge scifi genre fan I find the book very engaging. Have you looked into the spark people website, it is a great resource and community for weight loss.
I love how inspiring your profile is with all the goals you have listed. You are so brave to have had lap band surgery and how good of you to have lost so much weight so far. I hope you reach your goal of 52 books before year is up. I wondered will you cramp the remaining five books, or can you cheat and read an easy read like an old Nancy Drew book...lol. How nice to have traveled to Bali and Thailand. Was it nice there. Also aren't cruises the way to travel, they are so much fun with everything there in one place. I am sure when you take your son with you that he will really have a lot of fun =D. In closing the comments of this swap for you first I will do what you asked for in swaps but my answers will all be in a few sentences =D.
