About Me

Due to personal reasons, I will leave swap-bot.

I have destroyed all swaps I coordinated in which partners were not yet assigned and will do so with my group "Imagine" when all swaps are done.

To all my partners and coordinators in current swaps: I will send all swaps and not go flaking on anyone. (I could have done that already if I wanted to, couldn't I?) If you want to rate me one in the meantime or in general, that's okay, I can understand it; nevertheless I will send my swaps, although they will be made in me-time, not in swapbot-time (this gap is one of the reasons I leave swapbot). I am doing my best to get the things out as fast and good as I can.

Comment: After all the hassle with the swap last year and now you flake on your own swap. No communication about it and yet you still log on. So disappointed.

Response: I am so happy the swap arrived this time, and I am glad you like it. It was not easy to find coll summer-stuff inmidst of what I joyously call snowstorm (I LOVE snow!!) But Lush works anytime, really. :-) Have fun with it and greet the sun! :-)

Response: Glad you like it, and the photos are old family photos, so they are "real". :-) I liked the chocolate (merci is french for "thank you", and I imagined a situation where someone gives this as a thank you to another person, and inmidst of the "thank you celebration" a not so nice and thankful situation develops...) But my favorite was the broken car-mirror I found during one lunchbreak just like this on the street; try writing three stories from different genres with it! :-) Thanks for your patience, I really appreciate it. And the heart of course. :-)

Comment: I received your fun mail art kit in the purple bag! Thank you for the supplies you put in it and for your wonderful "Mumblings and Musings about MailArt, Mailart and mailArt!" I love how your zine's cover is a folded envelope that holds the two books - mail to United States, and mail to Rest of the World. Your staple art on the rainbow card was neat too. You've inspired me to try some Mail Art! You never know, something may find it's way over to your door (smile).

I'm really glad you liked it! I spent a lot of time researching the different aspects in order to make it realistic and useful as well as fanciful; I actually had to cut back on the text to have it all fit =) So I'm really glad you found it curious.

I'm going to miss swapping with you as well! I've got you on my penpal list though and you'll more than likely get random things from time to time =) Stay safe and well, friend!
